Refund Policy

Our Main Goal

Customer satisfaction is our goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your final product, simply conatct us at info@nativewebapps.com and, in our discretion, will repair it, replace it or, based on your method of payment with a valid receipt, refund your money.

If you purchase a course upgrade:

Refunds or cancellations can only be issued if:

  1. you have requested it within the 14 day cooling off period;
  2. you have not completed (or attempted to complete) any tests; and
  3. you have not received a Certificate of Achievement or Statement of Participation (whether digital or physical) on the course.

The 14 day cooling off period begins:

For Upgrades:

  1. if you upgraded before the course started, on the first day of that course run; OR
  2. if you upgraded after the course run started, on the day you paid to upgrade.

For paid courses without a free access period:

  1. if you purchased before the course started, on the first day of that course run; OR
  2. if you purchased after the course run started, on the day you made the purchase.

Once your access to the paid course run has been removed, you will not be able to access any part of the course, take part in any tests, or receive a digital or printed certificate for the course run.

Where you cancel an order for any non-personalised Product(s) within 14 days of your receipt of the Product(s), or before we have shipped the Product(s), any refund will be for the amount you paid for the Product(s), including any basic delivery charge; you will be responsible for delivery costs above the basic charges, for example enhanced delivery service, and for the cost of returning the Product(s) to us.
